It is an inner satisfaction and fulfillment, often accompanied by positive emotions such as pleasure, gratitude, and peace. It can be subjective and can vary greatly from person to person, influenced by individual preferences, values, and life circumstances. For some, happiness is with a modern lifestyle, luxury living, while some become happy with earning their basic needs and for some, it's more valuable just with access to daily meals and a roof for their survival. In today's world where every individual is busy on routine works, handling responsibilities and work pressure, making efforts to overcome social, cultural and business stresses, happiness is something missing in everyone's lives.

Especially, after the Covid-19 pandemic, human lives have become more challenging causing disturbances in regular routines, unstable mental and physical well-being, increased feelings of anxiety and depression which have affected significantly and these need an immediate attention to rebuild a sense of stability and well-being in the post-pandemic world.
